Once the status of your application changes to Temporarily Approved, please visit the Admission Office starting June 16, 2025, for the submission of complete requirements and admission application approval.
Please prepare the following
1. Payment for enrollment
2. For incoming freshmen, requirements are 2pcs 2x2 pictures, Grade 12 Card (Original Copy), Good Moral Certificate (Original Copy), and PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
3. For transferees, the requirements are a 2pcs 2x2 picture, a Transcript of Records (Original Copy), Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (Original Copy), Good Moral Certificate (Original Copy), and a PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy).
