Admission Procedure


  1. The applicant will fill out the Online Admission Application and upload scanned copies of the required documents at https://portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission

2 The Admission Officer-In-Charge will review the submitted application and the uploaded admission requirements by the applicant
3 The Admission Officer-In-Charge will confirm the final approval of the student’s admission application
4 The student may then log in to their admission account and follow the instructions for online enrollment or registration

2 The Admission Officer-In-Charge will review the application and the uploaded admission requirements submitted by the applicant. The new student applicant may upload the 1st or 2nd quarter of their report card for temporary evaluation of academic performance. Applicants may check the status (temporary admission) of their application by logging in to their admission account.
3 The applicant along with the parent/guardian shall proceed to the Guidance Office and submit the available hard copy of documents to get the schedule of the entrance examination
4 The applicant along with the parent/guardian shall pay the testing fee at the Business Office and present the assessment permit or official receipt to the Admission Officer-In-Charge and shall take the assessment on the designated date, time, and room (Guidance Office)
5 After the assessment, the parent/guardian/applicant will be advised to get the results of the assessment
6 FINAL APPROVAL of the admission application shall be confirmed by the Admission Officer-In-Charge after submission of the complete physical and original copies of the admission requirements. The student may then log in to their admission account and follow the instructions for online enrollment or registration

2 2. The Admission Officer-In-Charge will review the submitted application and the uploaded admission requirements by the applicant. The grade 2-10 applicants may upload their Report Card (from previous school attended) for 1st or 2nd quarter for temporary evaluation of academic performance. Applicants may check the status (temporary admission to Grade 2-10) of their application by logging in to their admission account.
3 The applicant along with the parent/guardian shall proceed to the Guidance Office and submit the available hard copy of documents. Likewise, the schedule of the interview with the principal shall be given to the student
4 After the interview, the principal shall endorse the applicant to the Admission Officer-In-Charge to get his schedule for entrance examination
5 The applicant along with the parent/guardian shall pay the testing fee at the Business Office and present the assessment permit or official receipt to the Admission Officer-In-Charge and shall take the assessment on the designated date, time, and room (Guidance Office)
6 After the assessment, the parent/guardian/applicant will be advised to get the results of the assessment

3 The applicant may choose a schedule/appointment for online course/strand advising in the admission portal. If they prefer a strand/course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future, they will connect and set an appointment with the Admission Officer-In-Charge by clicking the schedule and preference of modality in the admission portal. They may also visit the BED SHS Guidance Office/ Admissions Office for course advising.
4 The applicant, through the admissions portal, may choose among the schedules available for the Senior High School Admission Test. The applicant will receive detailed instructions such as the date, time, and venue of the examination, the testing fee, and the release date of the results of the examination. Instructions may be viewed in the “remarks” section of their admission portal. Student applicant should PRINT and present the Admission Test Permit (from the portal) together with the admission testing fee official receipt to the Admission Officer-in-Charge before taking the test.
5 FINAL APPROVAL of the admission application shall be confirmed by the Admission Officer-In-Charge after submission of the complete physical and original copies of the admission requirements. The student may then log in to their admission account and follow the instructions for online enrollment or registration.

3 The Admission Officer-In-Charge shall endorse the applicant (with submitted copy of grades from the previous school) to the Basic Education Department Principal for interview and evaluation purposes.
4 The applicant may choose a schedule/appointment for online course/strand advising in the admission portal. If they prefer a strand/course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future, they will connect and set an appointment with the Student Support Staff/ Guidance Counselor/Admission Officer by clicking the schedule and preference of modality in the admission portal. They may also visit the BED SHS Guidance Office/ Admissions Office for course advising.
5 The applicant, through the admissions portal, may choose among the schedules available for the Senior High School Admission Test. The applicant will receive detailed instructions such as the date, time, and venue of the examination, the testing fee, and the release date of the results of the examination. Instructions may be viewed from the “remarks” section of their admission portal. Student applicant should PRINT and present the Admission Test Permit (from the portal) together with the admission testing fee official receipt to the psychometrician before taking the test.

3 The Admission Officer will endorse the student applicant to the Assessment Office (Admin. Bldg.) for accounts verification and will proceed to the Registrar’s Office for updating of credentials and request/release of the evaluation of grades.
4 (FOR MSEUF STUDENT WHO STOPPED FOR TWO OR MORE SEMESTERS) The applicant, through the admissions portal, may choose between the schedules available for College Admission Testing. The applicant will receive detailed instructions such as the date, time, and venue of the examination, the testing fee, and the release of the results of the examination. Instructions may be viewed through the “REMARKS” section of their admission portal. Student applicant should PRINT and present the Admission Test Permit (from the portal) together with the admission testing fee official receipt to the psychometrician before taking the test.

  • Note: The student applicant will be admitted to their applied program based on the result of the entrance examination.

3 The student applicant will visit the Admission Office for initial interview, confirmation of details (such as program to take and age of applicant) and process for admission before referring him to the Medical and Dental Services Clinic for laboratory instructions.
4 The applicant will visit the Medical and Dental Services Clinic for the ISHIHARA and other laboratory instructions. For inquiries, they may also contact them through mds@mseuf.edu.ph or MSEUF Medical Dental Services Facebook Page or may call them at 0956 4133503
5 If the applicant passes the ISHIHARA test, they are given a referral to take the Hearing Acuity Test and other laboratory examinations. If the applicant fails the ISHIHARA and Hearing Acuity tests, he/ she will be endorsed to the Admission Office for course advising. The Admission Officer advises them to choose another program (Non-CME Program, may refer to the admission procedures for non-CME applicants).
6 The applicants may choose a schedule/ an appointment for an online course/strand advising in the admission portal. If they prefer a strand/course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future, they may connect and set an appointment with the Admission Officer by clicking the schedule and preference of modality in the admission portal. They may also personally visit the Admissions Office for course advising.
7 A student who passed both the Ishihara and Hearing Acuity Tests and laboratory examinations will be scheduled for psychological assessment. The applicant will receive detailed instructions such as the date, time, and venue of the examination, the testing fee, and the release of the results of the assessment. Instructions may be viewed through the “REMARKS” section of their admissions portal. Student applicant should PRINT and present the Admission Test Permit (from the portal) together with the admission testing fee official receipt to the psychometrician before taking the test.

  • Note: The student applicant will be required to take an enhancement course based on the results of the assessment.

4 The student applicant will visit the Admission Office for initial interview, confirmation of details (such as program to take and age of applicant) and process for admission before referring him to the Medical and Dental Services Clinic for laboratory instructions.
5 The Admission Officer will also endorse/ advise them to present their transcript of records or a certified true copy of grades to their respective evaluators and request for a temporary evaluation of grades (to identify courses/ subjects which may be credited).

If the applicant fails the ISHIHARA and Hearing Acuity tests, he/ she will be endorsed to the Admission Office for course advising. They may also personally visit the Admissions Office for course advising.

3 (FOR RE-ENTRY MSEUF STUDENT WHO FINISHED BACHELOR’S DEGREE AND WISHES TO CONTINUE THEIR STUDIES) The Admission Officer will endorse the student applicant to the Assessment Office (Admin. Bldg.) for accounts verification and will proceed to the Registrar’s Office for updating of credentials and request/release of the evaluation of grades.
4 The Admission Officer will endorse/ advise the applicants to present their transcript of records or a certified true copy of grades to their respective evaluator and request for a temporary evaluation of grades (For transferees, to determine the subject/ program which may be credited. For non-aligned programs, to determine the bridging courses to be taken).
5 The applicant, through the admissions portal, may choose between the schedules available for the Graduate School Admission Test. The applicant will receive detailed instructions such as the date, time, and venue of the examination, the testing fee, and the release of the results of the examination. Instructions may be viewed from the “REMARKS” section of the admission portal. Student applicant should PRINT and present the Admission Test Permit (from the portal) together with the admission testing fee official receipt to the psychometrician before taking the test.

TRANSFER STUDENTS will fill out the Online Admission Application and upload scanned copies of the required documents at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission. After posting all the requirements, the transfer students must proceed to the REGISTRAR OFFICE and look for MA’AM MINNIE PITAHIN the evaluator of ELS. Please bring your COPY OF GRADES FROM your PREVIOUS LAW SCHOOL for evaluation.

4 Upon examination, ELS applicants may check the status of their application and the instructions for the schedule of their personal interview with the ELS dean by logging in to their admission account.
5 If an applicant passes the interview, he will receive a notification through SMS about the approval of his/her application or he may log-in to his admission account. FOR REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE, the applicants may VISIT ENVERGA LAW SCHOOL and look for MS. NICA O. NAÑO for other information regarding the interview schedule with the Dean of ELS.
