Admission Procedure


1 The applicant (parent/guardian) will fill out the Online Admission Application and upload scanned copies of the following required documents at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission

Note: All original admission document and requirement will be complied with once the situation becomes more stable and entrance exams are also put on hold until after the total lifting of the ECQ.
2 The Admission Officer In-Charge will review the application submitted by the applicant and the uploaded admission requirement; then, confirm the admission approval.
3 The parent/guardian of the applicant can check from their account in the admission portal for the confirmation of the admission approval and the instructions for online enrollment or registration at https://portal.mseuf.edu.ph/basiced/.
4 Online enrollment and registration instructions and schedule of enrollment are provided in their respective accounts.
5 Online enrollment and registration

1 The applicant will fill out the Online Admission Application and upload scanned copies of the following required documents at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission

2 The Admission Officer In-Charge will review the application submitted by the applicant and the uploaded admission requirements; then, assign grade 1 assessment schedule in their respective accounts (only for grade 1). Printed copy or screen shot of the schedule of the assessment should be presented on the designated schedule.
Note: There will only be 2 grade 1 applicants to be scheduled each day, 1 in the 8:00 AM session and another 1 in the 1:00 PM session, to observe physical distancing since the assessment requires an individual administration.

No examinees and parent/guardian shall be allowed to enter the school premises without face mask and gloves and with temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius. Proper hygiene should be properly and strictly observed.
3 The applicant along with the parent/guardian shall present a copy of the printed copy or screen shot of assessment permit and take the assessment on the designated date, time, and room (Guidance Office). Pay assessment fee (P100.00) to the Cashier located at the Business Office.
4 After the assessment, the parent/guardian of grade 1 applicant will be advised to check from applicant’s account in the online admission portal for the result of the assessment, the confirmation of the admission approval and the instructions for online enrollment or registration at https://portal.mseuf.edu.ph/basiced/.
5 Online enrollment and registration instructions and schedule of enrollment are provided in their respective accounts.

2 The Admission Officer will review the application submitted by the applicant and the uploaded admission requirements. The grade 11 applicants may upload their Grade 10 Report Card for 1st or 2nd quarter for temporary evaluation of academic performance. Applicants may check the status (temporary admission to the strand) of their application by logging in to their admission account.

Note:
  • For Transfer Student applicants (Grade 12 or those who did not finish grade 11), the Admission Officer will endorse the copy of grades from the previous school to the Basic Education Department Principal for evaluation purposes.
3 The applicant may choose schedule/appointment for online course/strand advising in the admission portal. If they prefer a strand/course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future, they will connect and set an appointment with the Admission Officer by clicking the schedule and preference of modality in the admission portal
4 The applicant will receive a notification through SMS about the final approval of their admission application or they may login to their admission account and follow the instructions for online enrollment or registration.

Note:
  • Final approval of the admission application for regular grade 11 applicants shall be received after uploading the complete Grade 10 Report Card (1st to 4th quarter), Good Moral Certificate and PSA Birth Certificate. Final assessment/evaluation of grades from the Principal for transfer student applicants for Grade 12 or those who did not finish grade 11.
5 Online enrollment and registration instructions and schedule of enrollment are provided in their respective accounts. Students may seek the assistance of Basic Education Department Record Clerk at 042 710 3455.

2 The Admission Officer will review the application submitted by the applicant and the uploaded admission requirements. The college applicant may upload the Grade 12 Report Card (1st semester) for temporary evaluation of their academic performance. Applicant may check the status of their application by logging in to their admission account.

Note:
  • For Transfer Student applicants, the Admission Officer will endorse the transcript of records or copy of grades to their respective evaluators for evaluation purposes.
3 The applicant may choose schedule/appointment for online course/strand advising in the admission portal. If they prefer a strand/course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future, they will connect and set an appointment with the Admission Officer by clicking the schedule and preference of modality in the admission portal
4 The applicant will receive a notification through SMS about the final approval of their admission application or they may login to their admission account and follow the instructions for online enrollment or registration.

Note:
  • Final approval of the admission application shall be received by the applicant after uploading the complete Grade 12 Report Card (1st and 2nd semester), Good Moral Certificate and PSA Birth Certificate and completing transfer credentials for transfer student applicants.

The Admission Officer will review the application submitted by the applicant and the uploaded admission requirements. The CME applicant may upload the Grade 12 Report Card (1st semester) for temporary evaluation of their academic performance. Applicants may check the status of their application by logging in to their admission account.
2 The applicant will wait for a call by the CME clerk for phone interview with the CME Dean/Chairperson/OBT Supervisor.

Note:
  • ISHIHARA, Hearing Acuity Tests, Speech Test and laboratory instructions are to be given by the Medical and Dental Staff through email.
3 If the applicant passed the test, they are given a referral to take the Hearing Acuity Test. If the applicant fails the ISHIHARA, Hearing Acuity tests and the interview with the CME dean, the Admission Officer advises them to choose another program (Non-CME Program, may refer to the admission procedures for non-CME applicants).
4 The applicants may choose schedule/appointment for online course/strand advising in the admission portal. If they prefer a strand/course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future, they may connect and set an appointment with the Admission Officer by clicking the schedule and preference of modality in the admission portal.
5 The applicant will receive a notification through SMS about the final approval of their admission application or they may login to their admission account and follow the instructions for online enrollment or registration.

Note:
  • Final approval of the admission application shall be received by the applicant after uploading the complete Grade 12 Report Card (1st and 2nd semester), Good Moral Certificate and PSA Birth Certificate, passing the medical examination and interview with the CME dean and completing transfer credentials for transfer student applicants.

  • The applicant will wait for the advice of the ELS secretary for the schedule of interview via zoom by the Dean and for other instructions.
3 If an applicant passed the interview, they will receive a notification through SMS about the approval of their application or they may log-in to their admission account.
