The applicant will fill out the Online Admission Application and upload scanned copies of the following required documents at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission
- Birth Certificate
- Report Card
- Good Moral Certificate

Note: All original admission documents and requirements will be complied with once the situation becomes more stable and entrance exams are also put on hold until after the total lifting of the ECQ.
The Admission Officer In-Charge will review the application submitted by the applicant and the uploaded admission requirements; then, assign grade 1 assessment schedule in their respective accounts (only for grade 1). Printed copy or screen shot of the schedule of the assessment should be presented on the designated schedule.
Note: There will only be 2 grade 1 applicants to be scheduled each day, 1 in the 8:00 AM session and another 1 in the 1:00 PM session, to observe physical distancing since the assessment requires an individual administration.
No examinees and parent/guardian shall be allowed to enter the school premises without face mask and gloves and with temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius. Proper hygiene should be properly and strictly observed.
The applicant along with the parent/guardian shall present a copy of the printed copy or screen shot of assessment permit and take the assessment on the designated date, time, and room (Guidance Office). Pay assessment fee (P100.00) to the Cashier located at the Business Office.
After the assessment, the parent/guardian of grade 1 applicant will be advised to check from applicant’s account in the online admission portal for the result of the assessment, the confirmation of the admission approval and the instructions for online enrollment or registration at https://portal.mseuf.edu.ph/basiced/.
