Greetings!

Suppose your admission application is now TEMPORARILY APPROVED (meaning you took the admission test and the result was already posted). In that case, you can now submit your COMPLETE requirements at the Admission Office, Library Complex for FINAL APPROVAL of your application.

For incoming freshmen, requirements are 2pcs 2x2 picture, Grade 12 Card (Original Copy), Good Mortal Certificate (Original Copy) and PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy).

For transferees/Graduate School (NonMSEUF Graduate), requirements are 2ps 2x2 picture, Transcript of Records (Original Copy), Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (Original Copy), Good Moral Certificate (Original Copy) and PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy).
