1. Visit and log in to portal.mseuf.edu.ph/appcredentials
2. Click Create Request to submit a new request for academic records.
3. The registrar will evaluate your request.
4. If your request has been approved, click the details of your request to get the total amount to pay and then proceed with the payment.
5. Pay at your chosen Payment Channel:
   

   Dragonpay Bank and Non-bank partners (7-11, Palawan Pawnshop, SM, etc.) Online or Over-the-counter Check details at bit.ly/mseufdragonpay

   UnionBank Bills Payment Facilities Online or Over-the-counter Check details at bit.ly/mseufpayment

6. Submit the screenshot of your proof of payment for verification.

7. Ensure your payment is already posted.
   

   A Text Confirmation that your payment is already posted (or Official Receipt is issued by the University) will be sent within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to your Parent/Guardian's Registered Mobile Number.

   If your payment is not yet posted within posting time, email us at [email protected]. The University Cashier also accepts payments at the window 3 of the Admin. Bldg., however, only up to 10 students/clients at a time are allowed to enter the cashier's area.
8. Once your payment has been approved, the registrar will start preparing your document/s.
9. The requested credential/s will be prepared within ten (10) working days.
10. The requested credential/s will be sent to requesting individual thru accredited courier.
