Application for Grade Completion

Pay the the following particulars:
- Graduation Fee
- Yearbook
- Alumni Fee
- For Online Payment
  1. Go to Payment Portal portal.mseuf.edu.ph/payments.
  2. Log in with your portal account.
  3. Provide the following information:
    - Payment Channel: Your choice of payment mode.
    - Email Address: Your personal email address. This is where the payment instruction will be sent.
    - Payment for: Registrar, Graduation Fee
    - Sem/SY: Your current enrolled semester.
  4. And then click the pay now button.
  5. The payment instruction will be sent to your email. Please follow it to proceed with the payment.
    Payment processing time is within two (2) working days.
- For On-site Payment
  1. Go to Window 2 or 3 (Treasury) at the Admin Building.
  2. Inform the teller that you are paying for your Graduation Fee (this also includes the Yearbook and Alumni Fee).
    Payment will be posted immediately.
If the credentials are not yet settled, contact first your evaluator.
Log in with your portal account at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/appgraduation.
Click Apply to start filing your application.
Fill out the application for graduation form.
While waiting for approval, submit a new University Clearance for your credentials.
Once the application is approved, you can proceed on updating your yearbook profile and submit your graduation photo.
